Mike Cook

Managing Director looks after Sales, Purchases and all the Technical staff

Founder of 5c Services Ltd, Mike gained his IT experience over 10 years of working with a high-profile IT construction and service companies based in SE England. Originally from Builth Wells, Mike created 5c Services based in his home town to provide the same high standards for Mid Wales and its special needs.

Mikes enjoys socialising and meeting friends when not spending time with his family.

Katarina Cook

Company Secretary looks after Accounts and all the boring legal stuff.

Extremely methodical, Kat is dedicated to providing a professional, approachable and efficient service to clients. Katarina has helped Mike to develop the business from a one-man-band into the growing and developing business it is today.

She keeps a close eye on all the boys in the office and makes sure that they're always busy.

Married to Mike, she loves spending time with her family. She also likes a good night out, shopping and gardening as it helps to relax.

Hates gossiping and people that say they can't do it.

Andrew Cook

Director, Sales and Marketing and HR; though rarely 'in office' Andrew uses his many years of experience to support the business.

Andrew enjoys providing IT problems for the 5c Services engineers to solve.

Chris Truswell

Technical Engineer

Really knows his technical stuff. Also likes to work on basic web design and developing new skills.

Chris is also a qualified baker and sometimes works in a local hotel. Despite this he hardly ever brings any cakes and goodies into the office. Most of his spare time is spent with his family and on computer research and trying new technology.

Michael Walls

Technical Engineer

Very organised, he keeps an eye on day to day operational matters. Michael looks after purchasing and uses his customer service skills as a key communicator.

Dedicated to his hobby of para-gliding, he spends quite a few weekends up in the sky, checking out cloud computing.
