Employing dedicated IT personnel can be expensive, especially for the smaller organisation and productivity decreases when existing staff members are allocated to the job of helping with IT issues.

We are very proud of our Simple IT Support Contract. It's designed to be flexible and caters for all sizes of organisation, covering all aspects of IT support, advice and general housekeeping. By listening to our clients, we have found that they prefer a single, flexible and cost-effective contract to cover all equipment, rather than a separate cost for each part of their IT structure.
Our Support Contract is very simple - you just purchase an agreed block of hours that are required for your organisation to cover support for a year. With this you get free independent advice, and a guaranteed response time. It can be tailored to cover anything from regular on-site visits to 24/7 call outs - and unlike our competitors - We have NO minimum 1 hour call out charges and DO NOT charge travelling time.
The Support Contract also has the benefit of a reduced hourly charge. This reduced rate is based on the amount of hours you buy.

Prior to any IT contract we prepare a free, no obligation independent IT review which allows us to tailor your contract to your needs, including any recommendations and the number of hours per year required. This is then reviewed with you during the course of the contract. On approval, you are provided with two main contacts: a senior engineer who is your technical account manager; and a systems technician who will generally be your first point of contact.
Once all is agreed we are alongside you, ensuring efficient and trouble free IT.
If the Simple IT Support Contract is not for you, don't worry. We can still provide you with the same quality computer support and IT services and will charge you as and when you use us. There is still no call-out charge but a minimum 1 hour charge applies if we come out to you (or half an hour charge if you bring your pc to our workshop).
