Mike is co-founder of 5C Services and an inspiration to us all. With over 18 years’ experience in IT, his current technology enthusiasm is for Cloud computing and all things to do with Virtualisation. His extensive experience in IT project management and office relocation is enhanced by his PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.
Director & Company Secretary
Fellow co-founder Kat‘s role is general business management. She looks after all financial matters, keeps a steady hand on the administrative tiller to make sure nothing is overlooked and organises team training and skill development. Kat ensures that the team’s performance and focus on delivering a friendly professional service is always at the top of the 5C Services agenda.

Huw came on board in 2011 as an IT Engineer with a passion for IT, keen to expand his experience. Since then, he has gained expertise in a wide range of technologies but specialises in Cisco, internetworking and business security. As a team member, Huw consistently builds rewarding relationships with our clients, making sure they always receive the best level of service.

Having joined 5C services in 2012 as an all-round IT engineer, Jean-Pierre has expanded his expertise in infra-structure and cabling projects as well as Wireless systems. His meticulous attention to detail has been commented upon positively by our clients.
Customer Account Manager
James joined our team in early 2014 as a Customer Account Manager and quickly became a valued member. James has wide experience in business administration, purchasing and sales. He has a very good relationship with our suppliers and uses his negotiation skills to get the best deal for you. James is a very organised and methodical person ensuring our sales and purchasing department runs efficiently.

Sam joined us in 2012 and swiftly became a very valuable member of our team. He has put his brilliant communication and management skills to good use with 5C Services. He manages the pro-active monitoring systems and back-up procedures for all our clients.
Alun joined 5C in the summer of 2016 and his passion for IT is clearly shown in the speed he has fitted into our team. Alun has exemplary attention to detail which comes in very handy in his role of supporting our clients. In the year he has been at 5C, Alun has expanded his knowledge of IT infrastructure and actively enjoys installing new systems.
Derek joined 5c team in early July 2017 keen to expand his IT knowledge and to work closer to home. Previous to joining us he has worked as telecommunication network engineer for large national companies for over 10 years and will be able to apply his experience with design and implementation of telecom and data networks, as well as system maintenance cabling. Derek has great communication skills to help with general IT helpdesk support.
Tim also joined the team in July 2017 after relocating to mid wales with his Fiancé. Tim has previous experience with IT support helpdesk working for a major IT outsourcing firm, including remote diagnostics and assistance. He has very strong background in customer service and loves problem solving so it didn’t take him very long to become an integral part of our great team.
