We have recently moved our IT support to 5c after being impressed with their down to earth and friendly attitude along with the skills they highlighted to us. We were also impressed with the amount of local companies they have as customers and when we asked for recommendations on their services, we did not receive a bad word! Since then we have been overwhelmed by the support 5c have given us. Progression Training has two offices across Wales along with many Training Advisors working remotely, 5c help us work harmoniously together and whenever problem occurs with our systems they are quickly on the case to find a solution. Their expertise and recommendations has given us food for thought to re-look at some of our current systems. I am sure we will have a very happy future with 5c Services!

We’ve been expanding our business over the last 10 years. Our IT demands have progressively increased accordingly. We used to be able to do all IT in house but soon needed external help with networking etc. 6 months ago we started a contract with 5C which has been very rewarding. Very friendly and quick service. Both on site and off site. Amazing how nearly all issues can be resolved remotely! Also they have setup CCTV, internal server and the latest, our emails cloud based.
