Rewarding our customers

Over the years we have always strived to further improve our services. Amongst many questions, one that kept coming up was;

Is there an easy way to reward our customers for their referrals? 

After all, the foundations of our business have been built on referrals with almost 90% of our business coming from customer recommendations.

 

We are proud of our companies’ achievements and that our customers are happy to recommend us without having any incentive in place to do so, but….a thank you is not always enough, and we want to do more than this.    

So, with this in mind we have set ourselves a new challenge to set up a referral reward system that works for all. 

We appreciate that everybody is different, so for each successful referral you will have a choice;  

  1. We will make a small charitable donation each time we receive a referral that turns into a customer, or

  2. You will receive something in return for every referral that turns into a support contract customer. E.g. X of free support added to your contract for every Y hours in the referred customers contract.   

 

As with everything we do we will keep this one simple. All you have to do is let us know if and when you refer us and make sure the referral mentions your name when they contact us so we can make sure you get your reward.  If and when they become a new client and confirm the amount on the contract, we will contact you to confirm your reward.  It’s at this point you need to let us know if you would prefer option 1 or 2.
