Celebrating Professional Development

At 5C, we're committed to investing in our people and supporting continuous professional development. This month, we're delighted to celebrate three members of our technical team who have achieved new industry certifications through their own dedication and commitment to learning.

While these qualifications weren't a requirement of their roles, each individual chose to invest their own time and effort to expand their knowledge and strengthen their technical expertise. Their achievements reflect both their personal ambition and the culture of continuous improvement we strive to foster at 5C.

Gavin achieves Cisco CCNA

Senior IT Engineer Gavin has added the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification to his already impressive credentials as a Microsoft Certified Associate.

Achieving the CCNA requires significant commitment and technical knowledge, and Gavin dedicated many hours of personal study to reach this milestone. His determination and drive to continually develop his skills are a great example of the professionalism we value across the business.

Matthew continues his progression

Matthew joined 5C as a Trainee IT Engineer just two years ago and has since progressed into a 2nd Line IT Engineer role.

Building on his existing CompTIA A+ certification, Matthew has now successfully achieved CompTIA Network+. His continued investment in professional development has played an important role in his progression and demonstrates the benefits of ongoing learning within the IT industry.

Dylan reaches his first milestone

Having joined 5C less than six months ago as a Trainee IT Engineer, Dylan has already achieved his CompTIA A+ Core 1 certification.

It's an excellent start to his career with the business and reflects the enthusiasm and commitment he has shown since joining the team. We're looking forward to supporting him as he continues his learning journey.

Congratulations to the team

We're incredibly proud of Gavin, Matthew and Dylan for their achievements.

Their commitment to developing their skills not only benefits their own careers but also strengthens the expertise we provide to our clients every day.
