Announces Management Buyout

We are delighted to share an important milestone for 5C Services Ltd:

Huw and Francesca Jones have taken ownership of the business following the completion of a management buyout (MBO).

Huw and Francesca have worked closely with the management team for many years and know the business, its people and its relationships well. Taking ownership is a natural next step, giving them the opportunity to build on the strong foundations already in place and take the company forward.

Mike and Katarina Cook will remain involved in the business, supporting Huw and Francesca as they take 5C Services Ltd forward. This next chapter brings together people who have worked alongside one another for years and care deeply about the company’s continued success.

For our customers and suppliers, the familiar faces and relationships remain. Our management team and staff are staying in place, existing services and arrangements will continue, and our commitment to providing dependable service and support is unchanged.
