Station Couriers had a dated email system that needed to be replaced with an up to date cloud hosted package and security system. 5C were contracted to carry out the setup procedure and Implement a robust backup solution.

Our Solution
Station Couriers had an old, unreliable POP3 mail system with minimal security. We replaced this with an Office 365 Hosted Email service. This provides them with the required SLA for the company, minimal downtime and functionality.
We also setup Microsoft’s Advanced Threat Protection add-on for Office 365. This ensured they had up to date protection from high risk links and attachments, while significantly reducing spam.
We completed as much of the setup prior to the switchover as possible ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
When it came to the install, we had to migrate all of their current mailboxes over to the new system and then test. This was all done out of hours to minimise disruption and downtime.
After the installation we provided support for any issues that arose and will continue to support their system going forward.
Setting up Acronis Cloud Backup on their server provided Station Couriers with a encrypted robust system with minimal input. They previously had no offsite backup so this provides them with a Disaster Recovery procedure.
